Order and shipping confirmation

As soon as your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email including your order number and your chosen shipping method. It is crucial to check that your delivery address is correct, as once the goods have been dispatched it is no longer possible to redirect them. Any errors in the address details may result in the package being returned to the sender, in which case you will be charged for reshipping costs. Dress on Heels accepts no responsibility for packages lost or unclaimed by the courier company.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time
Processing time for your order is 4-6 business days. This time is necessary to check, package and prepare your order for shipping. This time must be added to the total delivery time. In certain rare cases, notably during busy periods such as holidays or promotions, this time may be extended. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

After processing, delivery times vary depending on the option chosen:


La France :

- Standard (2-3 working days - €5,99)

-Premium (Next day delivery - €15)

United Kingdom :

- Standard (3-4 working days - £3),

- Premium (Next day delivery - £5,50)


Europe:

Standard (2-3 working days - €15,95)

We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as postal delays, logistical problems or adverse weather conditions.

Delivery zones
We deliver directly to France, the United Kingdom and Europe. Shipments to other countries can be arranged upon request.

For international deliveries outside UK or France, the United Kingdom and Europe, taxes, VAT and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. It is advisable to consult your local tax authorities to find out the specific obligations in your place of residence.

Preorder
If you pre-order an item, it means it is out of stock and the next batch is in production. Choosing 2-day shipping for a pre-order will only affect shipping time once the item is back in stock. Pre-order dates are generally 99% accurate, but are estimates.
